“It is with a cheering heart and cognitive iron pen that I share my first-time experience at Mission Caleb, which took place at Okongo from 6th- 24th of December 2023.

I wish drones were spying on the area of Okongo during those two (2) weeks in the mission, but this gospel of the kingdom is not for publicity! I believe spiritual eyes were all over to witness and guide the mission.

To be brief, the mission was "the school of Christ" to me, as I could learn how to work in a mini-group of 5-6 members and how to share the good news with souls you have never met. This was scary at first time but the Lord opened the way. In addition, sharing a lot of literature with yearning souls was interesting! Moreover, community service which I was involved in taught me self-denial and to be offering free service to needy souls.

Despite a few challenges here and there, the Lord is faithful and He prepared us for everything as we know we don't fight against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers in higher places, and the mission still was accomplished.

All in all, I thank the Lord for inviting me to collaborate with fellow missionaries to spread the everlasting gospel to lands that the gospel has never reached. It is my prayer that when duty calls, my heart will be open to the service of the master of heaven and earth. Selah!”
